Did you ever feel at a loss for words when someone calls whom you haven’t talked to in several months or even a year?  What was her husband’s name?  Do they have kids?  What were they interested in?  There’s help.  Call up The Prospect Profile before you pick up the phone, start your conversation with a personal comment  and, as you’re talking, enter or update their Purchase Interest.  When you hang up the phone, click one of the ‘Profile Options for Named Contact’ (send an Email, make entry in Phone Log, create a New/Follow-up Activity, create a New Deal).  Don’t worry about a paper trail, Solutions Golf records everything (see Activity Report).
